Meditation in yoga, how is it useful?
Hey folks, I know this is a bit out of the blue but I was wondering if anyone could help me out. With all the stress from school and the pressure of impending finals, my anxiety has been through the roof. A friend mentioned that meditation might help calm my nerves and improve my focus. I'm not sure where to start though, and I'd appreciate any tips or resources you could share.
