Default Post surgery rehab :Please help!!

Hi, I am on bed rest after an accident. I have undergone surgeries on my shoulder and on the leg. My thigh bone and shoulder bones were fractured. Now, I can't move my hand and leg freely, while moving I cry out in pain. I can't afford the pain. But the doctor advised me that it is necessary to move my leg and hand, otherwise, it will become stiff or will limit their movement. Last day, my colleagues visited me. One of my friends told me about the possibilities of undergoing physiotherapy treatments. I have discussed this with my surgeon. He suggested a clinic in Burlington for undergoing a post-surgery rehabilitation program. But I am concerned about the procedures. Will this painful? Also, I would like to know what all procedures are included in this treatment program. Is this program has only exercises and massage therapies? Help me with your replies.
