Bad Telus Signal
I signed up for Koodo last year, found the service to be pretty teribble where I lived. Moving a 100-200 meters out, great signal. Called them, got escalated to a network engineer who said there is no antenna pointed in my direction. I want to go back to Telus/subsidary, how should I escalate...
