Installing CCTV in home... WIRED or WIRELESS..???

Hi, I am thinking of installing commercial security monitoring systems in our home.
We are going to renovate our home after winter. So I was thinking of installing a security system along with the renovation of the home. We’ll definitely be installing CCTV cameras around our home, mainly in the backyard. But, I am not quite sure about which type- wireless or wired. I want to install wireless. I think wireless is more prone to interferences. I want to install the one which is more stable and secured. I don’t want to risk as this is the matter of my family’s security. Which one of the two do you recommend..??
