Default Choosing The Right Mortgage

Hi,
What are the advantages of taking a hybrid mortgage? I'm thinking about taking a home mortgage. First I heard about the variable-rate mortgage and decided to go for it. But, recently I read an article on the web which says a hybrid mortgage is comparatively beneficial than a variable-rate mortgage.

So, Which mortgage among these, do you think would be better? Or do you have any other suggestions? I already found some nearby mortgage firms. I even tried the home mortgage payment calculator from a mortgage broker.

So before taking a final decision, please let me know your opinion.
