No DTMF passthrough with callers on Rogers Wireless when cellphone is call forwarded

I have a strange issue that I'm hoping that somehow can get resolved. I have configured my Wind Mobile Blackberry to call forward calls towards our company's IVR system when busy or unavailable as opposed to having voice mail in order to allow other staff members the opportunity to answer the call....
