I'm from Calgary in Alberta. I'm planning to apply for a home purchase loan. So, I would like to know more about the procedures and formalities regarding the same. I already have a loan which I took three years before and still continuing the payments. I'm afraid that it would affect the approval for a home purchase loan.
I think the approval rate for a home purchase loan is very low for banks and credit unions. Also, they impose a comparatively high interest rate for mortgages. I came across a few
mortgage brokers providing home purchase loan in Alberta. What all things which we should keep in mind while approaching a broker for a loan? Can anyone check the rates and help me find the reasonable one? Thank you!
