Default Optik TV On Demand tv episodes doesn't match what original channel provider is offering online

I've had 2 experiences where I've noticed the On Demand VOD episodes don't match what the original channel provider is offering online.
For example, Optik TV On Demand menu currently lists 7 episodes of the Rookie whereas CTV web site lists 8.
Another CBC show I was watching was missing about 15 mins of the middle segment in every episode.

Anyone else experience this and did you resolve the problem?
