Backflow is the process of reversal flow of untreated water into our property’s drinking water system. Backflow is caused by backsiphonage or backpressure. It is an interruption in the water supply, and can be caused by a vacuum in the piping or disruption in local supply main. It is the result of an increase of pressure from pump, boiler or tank which causes causes the water supply to reverse.
Was fortunate enough to have them repair one recently. Not sure how this happened, but all of a sudden it started to taste different and contacted the plumbers nearby who helped me out.
