Road side Telus boxes exposed to the elements

I can't for the life of me figure out the proper term for these, but they're incredibly common and I've attached a picture of one of the boxes in question.

I live in a fairly rural area, and I've got a mental list of 3-4 of these POTS boxes that are open and exposed to the elements, such as the one in the picture. I've searched through the Telus website, but can't see an obvious place to report these. Is there anything I should do about these? Does Telus even care?
