Default Anyone aware of sports injury physiotherapy..!!

My husband was an athlete in his college days. He has received various achievements for his brilliant performance, and that's how he got his new job as a coach for athletes in an institution near Toronto. Yesterday was his first day at the job, and during the practice session with the senior coach, he encountered running injuries, primarily some knee injuries. Now, he is not able to walk correctly. I'm afraid that he won't be able to continue as a coach there. It was the job he got after searching for months.
I asked my friends for better treatment for running injuries, and a few of them suggested physiotherapy treatment would be better for sports injuries like knee pains. I did a little research on centres for physiotherapy treatment near Toronto and found numerous rehabilitation centres. Before approaching them, I would like to hear from you. If you know more about sports injury physiotherapy, please share your thoughts on doing physiotherapy for knee injuries.
