Default Thoughts on transgenders?

Hey!! I had a feeling for a long time that I'm not completely myself. I have a female body, but I'm sure that I'm a man inside. I want to be a man, but I don't think my parents will support me. So I haven't talked about my feelings to them.
I'm 21 years old and living in Canada. I wish to undergo the ftm surgery procedure to completely become myself. I'm planning to consult Dr. McLean in Mississauga to know more about this surgery and its cost. I know it might cost me a penny, so, for now, I'm considering only top surgery. I have been living my entire life with the fear of being bullied by others. I tried my best to hide my male behavior in front of others. It's really heartbreaking that people are hesitant to accept transgenders. What are your thoughts?
