Unlocking phone after contract expires

Hi all, Does anybody know what Roger's policy on phone-unlocking after your contract has expired? I have an iPhone 4 on a 3-year plan that's about to expire soon and was wondering if I still need to pay $50 after my contract is up or will they do it for free? According to the Cell Phone...
