I canceled my Rogers service back in February 2013. Now I would like to unlock my Rogers Iphone 4. I am willing to pay the $50 fee. The first phone rep claimed her system would not let her unlock it. The second phone rep claimed she had no way to bill me for the $50. Is it possible to get...
