Bell says "If you upgrade your phone and have a retention plan, you will loose your plan and need to get another one" I am a Bell customer of 20+ years. ( other phones with Wind). I have been month-to-month and off contract for a year now. I have a good plan, 6GB Fab10 Unlim...
