Is Bell preemptively offering free unlocks yet?
I thought I'd heard a few carriers were just unlocking now vs waiting for the Dec 1'st deadline - any idea if Bell is doing so? I'm looking at buying a Bell locked iPhone and would need it unlocked. Thanks in advance.
