Default Satelitte tv in rural Alberta

We have had Telus Satelitte TV in rural Alberta for years. Over the last 2 years we have replaced numerous receivers but that has not improved the quality. Our understanding is Telus and Bells partnership has been severed and Telus can not correct the satelitte issue. My question is how long does Telus expect its loyal customers to put up with their problem? Do they not value any of their rural customers? Could FiberOptic not be considered? Or here's a thought, how about being honest with your customers and telling them you can no longer support this service and suggest we go elsewhere rather than continually taking full bore price for this brutal service!!
