Return Cell Phone??

Signed a 3 year contract with Bell and decide now I want a different phone. Have only had this phone for 9 days and I believe you have 14 days to return it. My question is what do they look at when you return? Data usage? Air time? how many minutes are allowed before returning or exchanging??
