Setting Contacts, Messages to Certain Colors?

I was wondering is there a way to color code certain things on the iPhone? Like if I wanted all of the female contacts to be PINK and the males to be BLUE can I set it up to look this way even if we're texting male's texts would be BLUE and the females would be PINK?
