I have a fully developed 2700 sq ft two storey home for sale with a developed (1050 sqft) south exposure walk out basement. The home has higher end finishing and is in a great area. During the summer I can ride my bike to downtown in about 24 minutes. The new LRT station is going to be a 5 minute drive away. There are good schools in the area including 4 private schools. The main floor has a wonderful kitchen with an office / formal dining area. Up stairs there are 3 bedrooms and and TV/Computer / work out area. Down stairs is a bedroom with a bathroom and a games/ TV room. Outside on the lower patio is a hot tub area. The house has 3 full baths ( 2 of them have steam showers) and 1 half bath. The house has too many upgrades to list.
The only reason why we are selling is our retirement home in BC is going to be finished soon and we are wanting to move into it. We own this home free and clear and thus can look at creative financing.We are willing to work with real estate agents.
