The subject says it all. Bookmarks on my PC appear on my iPhone, but not the other way around - it's one way only. I've tried repairing/uninstalling/reinstalling the iCloud control panel, signing out and back in, disabling and re-enabling bookmarks sync, and deleting all bookmarks from both...
