Service coverage fix via update

I recently switched over from AT&T to TMo after reviewing coverage and such. As soon as I got home, the service was appalling. I really dislike the other carriers policies and want to stay with T-Mobile, so I called into customer service and they said that all should be well as far as 4G/LTE...
