Swapped phone for a refurbished, vibration is not as strong.

I had to swap my iPhone 4 out yesterday at the apple store and the refurbished one I received doesn't seem to have as strong of a vibration. I don't feel that I am imagining things, it seems to be about half as strong. Is there a setting for vibration intensity? I cannot seem to find one. I...
