Buy a iPhone 5 or wait?

I currently have a iPhone 4. I'm pretty excited about iOS 7 coming out but I believe the OS barely will be running just because it's a 3 year old phone. My question is should I buy a 5 now or wait till the 5s comes out or even possible the 6? Thanks Sent with the HoFo App
