LTE won't turn on

LTE used to work when I first got my iPhone 5. Although I keep it off where I live (poor LTE signal strength) I turn it on in bigger cities but lately when I turn it on the 3G flicks off then flicks back on and doesn't change to LTE. I took it to a Bell store a few months ago and the guy did...
