I find myself using Bell's mobile APP and watching tv a lot now on my phone. I enjoy the feature, and it is a bonus I got when I got a plan a couple months ago (10hours) but my question is, does it use my 10 hours if I am on Wifi??? I usually turn my LTE on to watch it as the picture is alot...
