Its always between 18 to 26Mbps Down with my non LTE Nexus 4. What's funny is with an LTE Nokia Lumia 920 I can never past 15Mbps Down. Who needs LTE when your Dual Cell HSPA+ speeds are rockin Sent from my Nexus 4
