We have the following property for sale:
10.5 Acres right on the interstate (I-40), next to an exit, with land to put up a sign that can be seen for miles.
A convenience store about 5100 square feet rigged to cook food as well.

About 50 trailer hook-ups, w/water/sewage. Was previously KOA campground.
