Hello, I have a Galaxy Nexus phone, and I dropped it today, on marble floors. There's no visible damage to the screen, but the device will not power up. I'm on month 15, of a 36mth contract. I do subscribe to Bell's Smart/phone care plan, and know my phone *should* be covered, but I'm concerned...
