iPad Air Availability on Launch Date

Apple will be allowing you to check store availability immediately on launch at their retail stores, indicating that supplies for the new table should be good. From prior experience, does anyone know whether Verizon is likely to have any on launch day? I prefer to get it on the monthly payment...
