Replace iPhone through Apple Care - unlocked?

Hi, I currently have an iPhone 5s on bell (Canada). If I were to get my phone replaced by apple care, would I get an unlocked iPhone? I don't think apple sells locked phones in Canada. Thanks :) Connie
