Just spent an hour on the phone with L&R, and have been thoroughly screwed. Tried to pay out my subsidy($168) and move to the $35 share plan. When she couldn't make it work, rep recommended trying the $55 plan; I agreed, intending to phone back in when they sort out all the new CRTC rules and...
