I initially signed up with Bell around two years ago when they were sending off the Palm Pre with a $15 discount on a voice+data plan back on Sept 18, 2010. I went with the $50 plan so it ended up being $35 after discounts. After the pre broke I bought a Galaxy S outright and went with a voice 30...
