I bought an iPad air with 3G I also have an iPhone 4S On the bell network. I live in Calgary I am using a VPN service to watch netflix, hulu and other American apps On my iPhone works. But on my iPad I can not connect to the VPN. So my question is: Should I disable LTE ? Also I am using...
