I have a 3 bedroom mobile home for sale. 951 square feet.
Mobile park does not allow pets or kids (I had a cat so they are ok)
Lot rental increases to $850 with $850 deposit and includes water and sewer.
Other utilities cost between $180 and $230
Comes with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, and all window coverings.
I had to move to another city and don't want to go though the hassle of renting it out, but would prefer to sell it outright (rent to own is ok with money down)
There is nothing wrong with the house. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
Make me any kind of offer and it's yours... really.
