iPhone 4S problems. Help

My son had nothing better to do and jailbroken my phone. For some reasons, my mail and safari icons don't work now. Click on it, opened than closed, same as safari. Others are fine just the two most uses ones are not. Any suggestion? I tried to restore it with iTune, but got some error after...
