need suggestions for iphone5

I have a verizon iphone5 and moved from nc to ny. I get no 4g coverage at my house and only 2 bars on 3G. I was told my early termination fee would be $220 so looking for another carrier to take my phone to. Cheapest verizon plan I can get is $80-90 a month so I will save around $500 by paying...
