How to get contacts off of old iPhone 2G

I have an old iPhone 2G that has a bunch of contacts that I'd like to move over to my iPhone 5S but Apple won't let the old 2G sync with iTunes anymore. So how can I get these contacts safely from one device to the other without them getting corrupted or deleted?
