Why is "iTunes accounts" using up so much cellular data???

When I check my cellular data usage, why the heck is itunes accounts using so much when I have everything turned off when it comes to itunes?? I have it set to no automatic updates, even turned iTunes Radio off, etc. when I'm not doing anything on the phone or just basic web browsing, that itunes...
