iPhone 5S vs. iPhone 5 Signal

Hi, I recently got an iPhone 5S, I noticed that the signal strength is weaker than my iPhone 5 and it switch to EDGE a lot where my iPhone 5 can held at least HSPA+ or LTE. Is this iPhone 5S defective or iPhone 5S in general has weaker reception? Thanks. Sent with the HoFo App
