Is the NET10 iPhone 5s unlocked?

I won an Iphone 5s from Net10 at a conference I attended. The model number is MF798LL/A Does anyone know if this is locked to NET10 or can I use an AT&T SIM Card in this phone? I cannot find any information on this model number.
