FlashChat and 123 Flash Chat?

I own an iPhone5S and when I sign onto this website it uses 123 Flash Chat for it's chat rooms, and this other website uses Flash Chat for it's chat rooms but when trying to enter the room the room doesn't appear at all. So why do the 123 Flash Chats work and not Flash Chat?
