What happens to the plan when the contract runs out ?

Hello all, I have never held a contract to its full term, however since the all the the plans ar more expensive and offer less, I am not going to early renew my contract. I am on a 3 years contract expiring May 2015, what happens to the plan after my contract runs out ? Do I get to keep...
