Incorrect time zone being set in Nova Scotia on TELUS LTE?

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone else on the TELUS network is experiencing issues with automatic time zone configuration setting the time zone to GMT -5 Eastern Time vs GMT -4 Atlantic Time in the Nova Scotia area when the device is connected to LTE? Thanks
