Bell to Rogers ???????

I been with Bell for 20 yrs but my company now offers Rogers cell plans for its employees. My Bell bill is more then this plan that is offered but I am unsure about switching. This is the Rogers plan and I am wondering if it sounds good has I have never had to shop around. How is Rogers service...
