Another family member needs a new cell phone. I'd like to give him my Note 2 and get a Note 3 or S5. I'm not near the end of my 3 year contract. And I'm on a Sask 50 and so Telus isn't ever going to let me renew and get a subsidy on a new phone. So I'm wondering what the best way is to...
