which ipads fully support tmobile network?

i know this forum is for phones but i figure someone might also know about the ipads. I don't really know much about them but I was thinking about getting one for my dad. Is there a list somewhere that shows which ipads fully support tmobile network? I'm really just looking at either the ipad...
