Upgrade tmobile radio?

While switching to tmobile on my unlocked iPhone5 I have received a message to upgrade my radio. I have answered no to that. My iPhone is jailbroken so don't want problems. Should I be concerned? Tmobile still working. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
