Getting a Canadian iTunes Account as a Yank

I need two apps only available in the Canadian iTunes store. I have a BMO account, only US credit cards, and the Apps are free. I can certainly borrow a Canadian address for this project. Do I need to buy a Canadian prepaid credit card to pull this off? I can see if BMO will give me a Visa...
