iphone 5s wifi calling

I read the iphone 5s will get wifi calling when ios8 comes out. I'm looking for a new phone and would consider the iphone 5s if I knew wifi calling was going to work on it soon. Has anyone gotten the io8 beta on their iphone 5s and confirmed wifi calling works well?
